This Privacy Policy describes how Seven Pillar House LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operating as SpotLeads, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our web application at spotleads.app ("the Service").
1. Data We Collect
Account Data
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (Clerk). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your Google profile name and email.
Search Data
We store your search queries (e.g., "plumbers in Dallas, TX") and search metadata (date, result count, status).
Search Results
When you run a search, we temporarily store the business listing data returned by our third-party data providers. This data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, email addresses, ratings, review counts, and Google Maps URLs. This data is sourced from publicly available Google Maps business listings.
Saved Leads
When you explicitly save a lead to your "My Leads" list, we store that business listing data in your account.
Usage Data
We track usage metrics including the number of searches run, leads saved, and features used. This data is used for enforcing plan limits and improving the Service.
Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal consumer data (only business listing data);
- Social security numbers, personal home addresses, or personal phone numbers;
- Data from behind authentication walls or paywalls;
- Private or non-public information of any kind;
- Credit card numbers or sensitive payment details (handled by Stripe).
3. How We Use Data
We use your data to:
- Provide the search and lead generation service;
- Track usage against your plan limits;
- Improve the product and related services (including SpotDrops);
- Send transactional emails (welcome, usage alerts, receipts);
- Maintain an aggregated, anonymized business directory derived from publicly available sources to improve our services and related products. This directory is not tied to individual user accounts.
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal data to third parties;
- Use your account data or search history for marketing purposes;
- Share your individual search data with other users or third parties.
4. Data Retention

| Business directory (platform data) | Aggregated, anonymized business listing data derived from user saves is retained permanently as platform intelligence. This data is not tied to individual users and consists solely of publicly available business information. |

5. Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party services to operate SpotLeads. Each has their own privacy policy:
- SerpAPI — Google Maps search API for business listing data retrieval.
- Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions and billing.
- Clerk — User authentication and account management.
- Vercel — Web application hosting and deployment.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (welcome emails, usage alerts, receipts).
Third-party providers may retain their own processing logs per their privacy policies.
6. Cookies & Analytics
SpotLeads uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics services (such as Vercel Analytics or PostHog) to understand usage patterns and improve the Service. These analytics tools may set cookies on your device.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and saved leads at any time through the platform;
- Export your saved leads as a CSV file;
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting support@spotleads.app or through the platform settings;
- Correct inaccurate personal information through your account settings.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication via Clerk, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
SpotLeads is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at support@spotleads.app.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
